📦 Shipping Policy
We ship the products all over India. We ship more than 29000+ pincode across India.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
In some cases we may dispatch in weekends.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If Product is in stock, we dispatch the product within 24 hours of your order otherwise. However in some rare cases it may take longer (generally up to 5 working days), as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. In any such case, the buyer will be informed within 2 days about the delay and the estimated date of dispatch.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Shipping for specific products (India Only).
The delivery cost will be calculated according to the place, location, pincode and weight.
Estimated delivery time:
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days (In exemption the delays may happen).
Other Locations: 4–7 business days (In exemption the delays may happen).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is not available, we do only prepaid orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real time provided by the shipping companies.
5. International Shipping

6. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to high volume orders, public holidays, or unforeseen issues. We’ll notify you in case of significant delays.
If the package exceeds 5kg or volumetric weight of 5kg upto 50 kg the expected delivery will be done. If in cases the delivery may be delayed this delay is made with shipping carriers.
For fiber parts or fragile parts the delivery will be done carefully to prevent the breakages during the time of shipment.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an incorrect address is provided, or delivery fails due to customer unavailability, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
If the order is prepaid and the customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
Incase if the mentioned address is wrong and shipped the shipping cost cannot be refunded.
If the shipping company fails to deliver the product it will be reshipped with other shipping company. No additional charges will be collected.
8. Mode of Delivery and Shipping Carriers
We ship through reputed courier companies including Bluedart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, XpressBees, DTDC, Amazon Shipping, Ekart, ST Couriers, Professional Couriers and others for safe and faster delivery.
Shipping Insurance
We offer optional shipping insurance to protect your purchase during transit.
How It Works
Shipping insurance can be added at checkout for an additional fee based on your order value.
If your insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will issue a replacement subject to verification.
Eligibility
Only orders with shipping insurance added at checkout are eligible for coverage.
Claims must be submitted within 2 days of the expected delivery date.

Stolen packages (marked “Delivered” but not received, subject to review)
